There's this sleep paralysis I've experienced. I was convinced I was awake, I felt a pair of arms wrap around me in what I mistook for a friend's embrace. But then as it last long the warm feeling was replaced by an icy, and crushing grip. The pair of hands tightened around me until I have difficulty breathing, in that suffocating time, the realization hit me that the one hugging me is not my friend, it was something else. I felt like slipping away that time, I was certain that I might not wake up, good thing my friend woke me up. 😭😭

Last night I had sleeping paralysis and today I am seeing this. To me this used to happen quite often before so I really don't get scared anymore.
