@cheff.omi: Oreo cinnamon rolls 🖤 I loved how these came out they were so yummm dough: 3/4 cup warm milk (180ml) 3 1/2 tbsp sugar (44g) 2 1/4 tsp yeast (7g) 5 tbsp melted butter (71g) 1 egg + 1 egg yolk (room temp) 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml) 3 1/4cups flour (406 g) 1/4 tsp salt (1g) filling: 6 tbsp melted butter (85g) 5–6 crushed Oreos @OREO 1/2 cup brown sugar (100g) 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon Icing: 2 tbsp butter (28g), softened 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar (150g) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2–3 tbsp heavy whipping cream (30–45ml) Instructions: In a large bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast and let sit for 8 minutes or until foamy. Add melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla, then mix. Add flour and salt and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and soft. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Roll out the dough, add filling, then cut into 8 strips and roll each one up. Place into your pan, cover, and let rise again for 20 minutes or until puffy.
