I drink a lot of water throughout the day, but if I drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, it makes me want to throw up and I drink room temp water. And it’s always been that way for me

My grandma always told me to drink a glass of water first thing in the morning before coffee or food. I was able to make this a habit by placing a glass of water next to my bed each night for the morning
