The day you get your keys don't move in immediately. Deep clean and spray for bugs first just like this vid. She trying to put yall on some game! And take plenty of pics and video of damage, any possible mold, etc for your insurance. Check all your utilities first too. These apartments think they slick!

this. a hoarder lived in the place i moved into. i saw some fleas, roaches, and other bugs. i also found cat hair in the window sills and the hinges of the cabinets in the kitchen. it’s all clean now
