The Porsche 930 Turbo. The car that rewrote the rules in 1975. When I first studied the 930, I wasn't looking at the curves. I was looking at the tension. That massive rear wing wasn't designed to be elegant. It was designed to keep the car planted. Because underneath, 260 horsepower were waiting to break loose. That's what I wanted to capture. Not the shape. The pressure. Every blade is handcut. The front is sharp, almost nervous. Then you walk around the sculpture, and the rear hits you. The wing. The wide hips. The weight of all that power, frozen in metal. The 930 was never a reassuring car. The turbo lag would let you think everything was under control, then the boost would arrive all at once. That duality is what makes it one of the most iconic Porsches in history. My sculpture captures that tension. That moment where everything is about to shift. — La Porsche 930 Turbo. La voiture qui a réécrit les règles en 1975. Quand j'ai étudié la 930 pour la première fois, je ne regardais pas les courbes. Je regardais la tension. Cet aileron arrière massif n'a pas été dessiné pour être élégant. Il a été dessiné pour plaquer la voiture au sol. Parce qu'en dessous, 260 chevaux n'attendaient qu'une chose : sortir. C'est ça que j'ai voulu capturer. Pas la forme. La pression. Chaque lame est découpée à la main. L'avant est tranchant, presque nerveux. Puis vous tournez autour de la sculpture, et l'arrière s'impose. L'aileron. Les hanches larges. Le poids de toute cette puissance, figée dans le métal. La 930 n'a jamais été une voiture rassurante. Le turbo lag vous laissait croire que tout était sous contrôle, puis le boost arrivait d'un coup. C'est cette dualité qui en fait l'une des Porsche les plus marquantes de l'histoire.
