I do both….. it depends on how much time I have for blending. Love the makeup and I can always add a little more of whatever I need if I under paint.

I’ve been combining the methods recently. A little ‘touch up’ with both light and dark concealers post foundation to enhance the underpainting. It looks great and Your makeup is fabulous!

I haven’t tried the under painting yet but the contour shows more on the other side I think
