2hrs... yep. it's long. Pascha (Easter) though we was there from 11pm - 0330am. it was the most amazing service though! but yeah, two hours is pretty standard, almost short honestly for a Divine Liturgy. I think most Sundays we don't actually wrap service completely for 2.5 hrs. but check it out. if you think that's a long service, how long do you think service in heaven is gonna be?!

I’m Coptic (Egyptian) Orthodox and I can say that I feel God’s presence whenever I am able to go and engage in prayers. Our liturgies are 2.5-3 hours and we sing Coptic (ancient Egyptian), Arabic, and English all throughout.

If you are inquiring just know not all Orthodox parishes are full of icons. My parish is very plain compared to that church. But Christ is still present, and im kinda glad my parish underwhelming in icons because it just proved to me all the more the Icons are not what make the church orthodox. Its still very beautiful though

The wall symbolizes the holy of Hollie’s in the old Jewish temples we consider it sacred ground where shoes cannot be worn when entered as God told Moses to remove his shoes in exodus
