Ingredients: * Flour tortillas * Rotisserie chicken * Flour tortillas * Mozarella cheese * Diced Tomato * White onion * Cilantro * Serrano pepper * Creama * Lime * Pickled onions * Cotija cheese * Salt & pepper * Sazon * Adobo * Cumin * Oil Instructions: • Start by shredding your rotisserie chicken and seasoning with salt, pepper, sazon, adobo, cumin. In a pan add a little oil and saute diced white onion, tomato, and serrano pepper. Add the shredded chicken into the pan, then mix everything together. • Warm your flour tortillas so they’re soft. Lay them flat on your surface and prepare a glue by mixing a little flour with water until it forms a paste. Place a small amount on the edge of each tortilla (optional). • Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, add a layer of mozzarella cheese, then roll tightly into a flauta shape. Use the flour water paste along the edge to seal. • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the flautas seam side down then rotate as they cook. Fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides, then transfer to a paper towel. • Plate the flautas and top them with shredded lettuce, a drizzle of cream, a generous sprinkle of cotija cheese, lime and other toppings.
