Try and weigh your beans if you’re making espresso! Weigh out 18 g of beans and then the goal is to pull a shot that’s 36 g in 30 seconds! It takes a bit to get it right but it tastes much better once you do.

If you are trying make a drink that you get from a coffee shop something that has made a huge difference for me is making sure I have the same brand syrup they use! You can also mess with your grind size, the ninja will give you the recommended but you can always change it based off of your preference!

Also! If you have a local coffee shop with locally roasted beans, freshly roasted beans work and taste so much better I’ve found (sorry if that is what you have, I couldn’t tell from the bag haha!)

I have a different machine & had a heck of a time figuring mine out. Once I did, it was a game changer. I quite literally only have coffee out when I’m on the go - I prefer my own coffee at home now.
