from my perspective, I'm not saying it's RESPONSIBLE. Homophobia already exists. But it's just putting lgbt people in a bad light and putting at risk of people now going "lgbt people are so rude and spiteful, just because I don't like the same ships as them" and then they bash us and generalise us as being horrible people, just because you MIGHT be. And I say this as an lgbt person, some/a lot of people are just using "hetslop" to hate on any straight ship now, because they think queer ships arw the only right way, and that no straight ship is good.
