You are having a high level of cortisol release which is the absolute gasoline to craving sweets. The only true answer to this is to increase your protein and fiber intake. Protein will keep you full longer and fiber will bulk the contents, helping you feel fuller. Increase your water intake but also use other waters like coconut to help with sweet cravings. Healthy sweets are yogurt with fruit in it and dark chocolate in moderation are ok. Use your fruit for sweet cravings. Take 10,000 of biotin for your hair loss along with biotin infused hair products. Wash your hair in cool water, NEVER hot water. Also, you can use men’s rogaine while experiencing hair loss. These are tricks my dermatologist recommends for my autoimmune hair loss.

A size 14, ooh I wish! Enjoy getting older 😬. It’s difficult but self discipline. Don’t tell yourself your can’t have as that makes it impossible. Calories don’t work, just eat small portions often. Make your own sauces and pinch of nom books are great x

Man here I am going through the menopause due to medication lost all body hair put on two stone,little bit grumpy,my clothes don’t fit me anymore,love eating cake,love eating chocolate,crisps peanut butter of the knife before it even goes on the toast.just enjoy it 😂😂

If you have the time to prepare in advance some treat snacks that are easy to grab when needed, and have protein rich meals are better for you and will help keep you fuller for longer than those pasta pots. Protein also helps with hair loss. It's so hard but preparation is key.

I am a sugar addict menopausal at 53 and on a lot of medication for many conditions diabetes and cardivascular disease that need me to cut my sugar. Distraction sometimes works for me and for me a recent health scare making me change but still have odd bad day. I wish i could share magic answer but just buying food that is healthier than sweet or processed food. I honestly do understand your frustration. xx

Maybe some lower calorie snacks that will do less damage - meringue nest crushed into fruit and yogurt, Jaffa cakes, 2 finger kitkat, rocky bars, party rings, biscoff biscuits, fruit yogurt bars, skinny whip bars, freddo etc x

Eat fruit but then again not a lot of oranges as they have a lot of natural sugar in. Try natural yoghurt then add fruit. Hair will be thinning if your poorly mind. I’m nearly 70 I have lost 1st and a half last few months…..can you rent a toddler I look after my granddaughter 3 days a week that’s how I have done it! Knackered at the end of the day x

I’ve been menopausal for couple years now and I’m still going through sugar cravings now and then… have you tried menopace I think they called they over counter menopause tablets … tell docs to do bloods to check your perimenopause/menopause levels mine went to double the percentage it’s meant to be worth a check xx
