Im already using adapalene every night and my skin is loving it. I am currently introducing azelaic on my face once a week (morning).. But everytime I do, large cystic acne always come the next day. It will calm down during the week since I use adapalene. But when I use azelaic again, acne really comes out. Is azelaic for me?
