This is really good, but not only are you giving your client information to another company; it is also locking you down to the Claude. If the Claude goes down, you cannot do your business and you lose your customer data, which is just a different issue altogether. You should probably build it out as a separate software with its own database and everything. If you want that for the build, you can let me know.
