Most 3-way issues come down to ONE thing: the common wire is on the wrong terminal Power In | | (COMMON) v [ Switch 1 ] | | | | <- travelers (14/3 cable) | | [ Switch 2 ] | | (COMMON) v Light | Neutral (returns straight back)

Pls ground the switches even in demonstrations so people know it’s important. Too many switches still aren’t grounded today.
