The day Mathew talks about is a different scenario to what John said, because there were two different days. if you need more information about what took place in the 8 days before his crucifixion, get to me let's learn.

The “difference” happens because: Mark likely uses Jewish time (sunrise-based) John likely uses Roman time (midnight-based) John = using a “modern-style clock” (starting at midnight) Mark = using a “sunrise clock” (starting around 6 a.m.)
