March 2021 vs January 2025: The message I receive most often in my DMs is “I have XX amount of weight to lose, but it’s going to take forever” I won’t lie to you, yes it’s going to take time. Day in & day out. But forever is better than never. When you make the goal about getting healthy and not just physically, but also mentally you’ll realize pushing weight is empowering… being able to move without aches or pains, climbing your stairs without getting winded or getting down on the floor with ease to play with your kids, then it’s no longer about the size of your pants. That part is just the bonus of having an active lifestyle, developing better eating habits, changing your mindset & having discipline. You can’t depend on motivation alone.
