Pad Thai is the best. I had street Pad Thai right as I was leaving in Thailand and I got food poisoning from it. 🤦🏻♀️😅 it’s still my favorite but I needed a break from it for a bit.

If you wrap the herbs and the lettuce around the spring rolls, then dip, it gives that really good hot and cold experience and tastes super herby and fresh.
