His micros look fine - you just need to stop being so RDIpilled. He could maybe do with a bit more vitamin A but the rest looks fine. His minerals are excellent - if he drinks any mineral water he's getting good calcium, and manganese is pretty insignificant and only really needed as an antioxidant

It infuriates me that anyone would roast him. He’s trying to improve himself and become healthier! Encourage him, don’t roast him! And so what if his nutrients aren’t perfect right now?
