Trust wash once a week, whatever day is good for you, but I’d say Sunday. Hydrating shampoo with no sulfates. Once a month Do a deep cleansing shampoo if you have high porosity hair, and if you have low porosity hair, I’d say do it twice a month, no conditioner in the shower. Once you’re out of the shower, do a leave-in conditioner, thin consistency for low porosity and thick consistency for high porosity. Put it in two French braids or Dutch braids, but don’t braid it tight. Put jojoba oil on your ends, then a little bit of Blue Magic on the ends, and wear that for a week, then repeat. Grew my hair from neck length to the middle of my back in 6 months.
