I did it with my first but my second I didn’t because I took the gentle birth tincture instead and one of the ingredients is the tea☺️

@Lee it depends on your preference! I steep loose leaves (tea bags are also an option) and add a little lemon juice and honey once cooled, or plain sometimes. You can drink cold or hot. A lot of people add extra stuff/fruit juices…but I don’t mind the taste.
