You seem to be misunderstanding the math on Bilt 2.0. You are NOT getting 3.33x transferable travel points on all spend. Your non-housing spend mostly gets “eaten” by the Bilt Cash required to unlock your rent points. If your rent is $4,500, you need ~$3,375 in spend just to generate enough Bilt Cash to unlock the 4,500 rent points. You don’t keep both. The Bilt Cash gets redeemed to activate the rent points. Anything you spend AFTER hitting that ~75% threshold is where you actually start accruing additional rewards on top, but realistically, 75% of rent is a massive amount of monthly spend for most people.

Are these Bilt points equivalent to pure cash-back value? For example, regular Bilt points convert at around 1.5 Bilt points to $1 Amazon store credit so do these multipliers reflect truely cash-back value or just point value within Bilt’s redemption system…?
