I always advise you should take your repair back to the repair shop that did the original work. However after they had tried that twice and had no solve they reached out to us to fix the issue. Even when the device was brought into us I will just do a check over with the customer, because sometimes it’s not bad work or bad parts and some clients just want us to check that it’s been done properly. Abit of peace of mind because we might have been shut when they wanted it doing. Why didn’t they come to us for the phone repair in the first place you might ask? This can be a few reasons. They might of broke there device on holiday and had no choice but to use the closest “repair shop” they may have broken there phone on a Sunday when we are closed and needed it working for Monday morning, and lastly it can be price, we aren’t the cheapest because our parts aren’t the cheapest and that’s ok we aren’t for everyone, some just want a cheap fix, and we won’t change quality to offer it for less, it’s not in our nature. I did offer to reattach there current battery , but our customer insisted she wanted it all done by us, which is lovely. As much as I don’t like redoing other peoples work, I’m also happy it’s all sorted and safe🥰 And before you ask me to name who did the original work.. well truth is I don’t know, I don’t ask, and even if I did I’m not a name and shame kinda guy 😂 #bristol #phoneshop #fixed #pov #iphone
