Hey Kami!!! I would like to add asking your preceptor what their expectations and goals are for you on the first day. Secondly, I would suggest letting your preceptor know if you have any goals of your own you would like to work towards. This is especially true if you are on a rotation you are not accustomed to such as being a community intern on your first inpatient rotation ☺️
