@theonealsway: 🔥 LOADED PARMESAN CRUSTED CHICKEN BAKED POTATOES 🔥 Crispy, creamy, cheesy…this one right here is a FULL MEAL 🤯🥔🍗 Save this + try it ASAP! 📝 INGREDIENTS: • 3 russet potatoes • Olive oil • Nicks of Clinton Pepper Seasoning Chicken: • 3 chicken breasts • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp Badia Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning • 1 tsp McCormick Garlic & Herb • 1 tsp Badia Lime Pepper • ½ tsp red pepper flakes • 1 tbsp butter • ¼ cup chicken broth • 1 lemon (for cleaning) Parmesan Filling: • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese • ½ cup Hidden Valley ranch dressing • 1 tsp Nicks of Clinton Pepper Seasoning Parmesan Crust: • ½ cup breadcrumbs • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs • ½ cup grated parmesan • 1 tbsp Kinder’s Garlic Parmesan seasoning • 4 tbsp melted butter Optional: • Broccoli (or your favorite veggie) ⸻ 👨🏾‍🍳 DIRECTIONS: 1. Clean + poke potatoes. Coat with olive oil + seasoning. Air fry at 400°F for 40 mins. 2. Mix crust ingredients until “sand-like.” 3. Mix filling ingredients + refrigerate. 4. Clean chicken with lemon, pat dry. Season well. 5. Pan sear → add butter + baste → add broth. 6. Cover + bake at 375°F for 20–25 mins. 7. Cube chicken. 8. Open potatoes → add veggie, chicken, filling, then crust. 9. Bake 10–15 mins, then broil 5 mins until golden 🔥 ⸻ Golden crust. Creamy center. Juicy chicken.
