I’ve emailed them and they never got back to me. I don’t think I’ll ever use to the company again. You can’t change things and not tell people. A way to get more money knowing people will buy the new toothbrush

Just happened to me today too! I’m fuming. It’s so misleading and I don’t have the $69aud to buy the new version. And my old one is perfectly fine so shouldn’t need to buy a new one.
