I hate how many people are saying it’s alcohol. 😢 Like god forbid we try and have some fun! Alcohol doesn’t help but my flares hit me when I’m stressed and overtired too. I e had plenty of nights out and not flared up!!! Quitting alcohol will not stop the pain and symptoms. Let us have a goddamn drink and dance once in awhile! Sending love ♥️♥️

I never drank alcohol, I never took drugs, I tried to be as healthy as possible, and in the end I had to undergo nine surgeries and to this day I suffer the consequences of the illness and also of so many hospitalizations
