what can i do if when i try to shift, i keep focusing on my CR body? like even if i try to distract myself and think of something else, i can still feel the bed sheets underneath me, and the pillows under my head, and the clothes i'm wearing. i also struggle with not being able to physically detach from my CR body, and it's distracting... any tips that could help? i'm open to anything!!
