casually ice latte similar to hot latte which is espresso and milk but by adding syrup for sweetness it won't be called ice latte but ice latte with add on syrup 😏

Way more than just mixing the flavor it’s abt reducing the shock to the espresso by slowly cooling it with milk first and then ice

I use date syrup that I dilute in water before hand, I freeze to make ice cubes. So the ice is water + date syrup. easy and practical

I put milk first then syrup so it will not just stuck at the bottom. And i also stir it quick right after i put the syrup.
