How to feel numb ? is it particular brand of antidepressants or it needs to be on a high because I am on sertraline(i think it's zoloft in other parts of world) but the only difference I feel is I go from not being able to move to being able to some important tasks

The first month on antideppressants is AMAZING and then you just go numb. Currently on year 6 and will probably be on them for life 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 At least i dont cry everyday anymore right guys???🤠🤠🤠
