After many years of trial and error, I cook by steak and burgers the same way. My son and I call the method hot side, cold side. Those Strips look perfect! We will usually have some squash, asparagus, sweet corn, cooked in the husk, or some fresh pineapple to accompany some nice steaks like you have there. All cooked the same way, on the grill.
