Stick with one or the other when cleansing! Using both reduces the benefits of both because they neutralize each other🙂

For everyone worried, a quick rinse with plain water is plenty. These videos just draw out some of the color and perfectly safe organic material from the fruit. It's not removing stuff that harms you. The container is still handy, though.

Make sure you just use either baking soda OR vinegar! I use baking soda! Mix it really well and let them sit for 10mins and then fully rinse them off! Allow them to air dry then put them in there! 💖 Makes them last so much longer.
