I cured my agoraphobia by forcing myself to do small local shows and worked my way up to festivals. exposure therapy is uncomfortable af but effective.

I went through this for sooooo many years. Finally just recently found out I have histamine intolerance! Look it up histamine causes panic attacks, which causes a agoraphobia go have his histamine levels checked it could be something just as simple as that.💕
