10/10 does not remove knee pain... tore my meniscus in 2017.. miles of running miles of roofing... surgery in 18' hanging drywall in my gutted house 3 days after surgery.. fast forward to 2025 fractured both tibias and tore both knee meniscus... sure it "helps" doesnt fix shit

or you can get on you knees, bring one knee to a kneel position then cross that knew to touch the floor next to your other leg then do the same with the opposite and I guarantee you it will change your knee strains and pain. YOULL FEEL IT IN A DAY.
