Yup. I got bit by the gelatin lady too. Coconut milk layer, mango puree & strawberry layer, coconut water & mango layer. So so good!

I did almond milk, flakes of coconut, Chia seeds, and blueberries. Blended it at all and added the collagen gelatin. I used mini cupcake molds. So good!!

My parents would do this in the 90’s with jello and fruit cocktail in a bundt and serve it with whipped cream on top!

I never tried it with fruit but these are polish🇵🇱 dishes my mom used to make for like Easter or other holiday.. so healthy and yummy 😋 plus we make our own collagen broth

I made it with clove water and frozen blueberries. The bovine jello did not say how to make it, I added 3 spoons to some strawberry jello.
