The crazy thing is, it depends on the surgeon. My surgeon told me that I didn’t have to do a liquid diet for pre op.

7 days post op and I never ever thought as a adult sugar free jello and popsicles would be my go to "meal"😅 im sicka bone broth.

My surgical program must be way different… because 7 days post op and they have me eating cheese, eggs and beans… the liquid diet was 6 days long for me and it consisted of 3 days of clear liquid and then 3 days on full liquids

the liquid diet sucks, also when you finally can eat and you realise you are not allowed to eat while you drink. but promise me, it will get better. im 6,5 weeks po now and i havent regret this choice for a second
