there is a real rilvary related to sports, specially soccer like. But we have also have trouble with argentine tourists, they have presented themselves as racist people and many "incidents" have occured in this matter even with argentine people going to jail. But we love to visit their country

The WWI thing isn’t really relevant there. Especially because a lot of them ended up in Brazil as well. It’s mostly sports but also a regional rivalry, like IL and WI. there is also almost no black population there… just connect the dots.
