Hate it so much. Trying to give this relationship one more try but the mental pain everyday does not seem worth it. One year since I discovered he’s a cheater and it seems to only get harder to mentally process.

I been lied and betrayed to but learn how to pray and trust God will help you. Trust and obey him. He knows what best for you and remember no pain no hurt is going to waste. God is a good god and just.

I think that one of the best keys to unlock the spirit of forgiveness in light of betrayal… And the subsequent path forward to healing… Is to recognize that each one of us has betrayed God. We have cheated against him. And then look at how he responds to that. He is hurt by it. But he reacts in forgiveness and love and mercy and grace. Those are his attributes to give regardless of the magnitude of our sorrow. Our experience of those things is dependent upon the quality of our sorrow and often times as we experience those things that quality goes through the roof. When we recognize that we have done the same things in a spiritual way to him… We won’t cast stones upon those who betrayed us, but rather we will forgive. Of course forgiveness does not mean we don’t have boundaries… God himself has boundaries. But healing starts through forgiveness, and understanding of forgiveness starts through recognizing your own similar behaviors before God.

I'm really really trying to trust.. But TRUST is most important thing to me.. And He knew this.. Forgiving is the easy part it's the forgetting, the overthinking, the nightmares, the rage, the constant questions running through my mind and and and.. This is on a daily basis 24/7..😢💔😔

I thought I had the strength, but I’m struggling, it’s been 2 years since he cheated and he says to me the other day WHY have you become so angry and bitter 😳 I’m realizing you can forgive but the you can’t forget is killing my heart and soul one day at a time . 🥺 and the fact he doesn’t see or acknowledge the pain I’m in is getting to hard to carry on .
