I bought 6 bags of Cement from city Hardware nakasero but when we reached the site we found out bags a light on off loading , we ahd to get a weighing scale , on the scale each bag had 37kg , the good thing I had a receipt, then I took photos of each bag on scale then I called them on phone, and they refund all money of 13kg on each bag immediately. so from that day when am buying Cement I go with a weighing scale. 🤠
