I don’t cover my lace for showers, workouts, or skincare… and I don’t baby my installs either. the difference is: ✔️ proper skin prep (clean, no oils) ✔️ THIN, even layers (not thick) ✔️ letting glue get tacky (not dry, not rushed) ✔️ layering correctly (3–4 minimum, 5–7 if you’re active) most lifting starts at the edges you didn’t fully secure the first time… and once water/sweat hits it, it lifts from underneath. that’s why your install only “lasts” when you avoid water. this is 8 days of real life… not protected, not wrapped all day. just done the RIGHT way. for maintenance: – let it dry after sweat/water – remelt with a band for ~20 mins – silk scarf at night (NOT a melt band) it’s not just the glue… it’s how you use it.
