College in a sense is free, pero yung mga State universities po kasi natin napupuno ng mayayaman, now this is not to say that they don’t deserve the slot, but more about the fact that they’re not the one who needs it. I know this because one of my closest classmate was forced to study in a private school because of the limited slots in state universities, he had to stop due to financial problems and that’s not how it’s supposed to be.
