So now you’re left grieving memories that were never officially memories, grieving a person who was never truly yours, grieving a love that had no name but somehow took up all the space inside your chest. And maybe that’s why it’s so hard to move on, because how do you heal from a wound no one can see? How do you bury something that never even got the chance to live, when it still feels painfully alive inside you?
