@reddym95: Eoin, remaining mortgage is roughly 91k. House / land bought 21 years ago was 360k. Paid a lump off around 15 years ago. We are on a tracker. Is it worth looking at LTV ?

So if building in Dublin.. mortgage of 450k and once building completed property worth 650/700 based on similar size in area, would you recommend giving bank that value on completion? Or pay mortgage for a few years and then do it?
