I looked this up too and my research tells me it takes 1-2 months for your body to get used to it. Handheld fan and UV sun umbrella helps a lot. It feels significantly cooler under the umbrella.

I’m humbled everytime I leave the hotel. Like I am NOT EVEN A FAN OF AC! It’s just so humid and I look like a sweaty wet poodle with frizz .. I love it but my body does not 😂

The cooling powder is good, but if you want instant freshness go for the snake brand cooling mist lavender scent, it can also double as a perfume cause it smells so good 👌 (or you can use both at the same time for maximum cooling 🤭)
