I to collect vhs and Betamax tapes. I still watch them. And there are some things on tape that aren’t available on any other formats. Including different cuts/versions of films.

I love collecting Blu-Rays and 4Ks Unfortunately it feels like a lot of blu ray collectors hate the idea of anyone enjoying other formats I personally love that other people can enjoy another format as much as I enjoy my favourite

I finally got my hands on a VHS player and watched my little mermaid tape from my childhood and the sheer joy and peace it gave me watching it lile that, with that old sound and video quality was so amazing
