That will most likely tone the core,legs,hips etc but it won't do diddly for skin that's been stretched.

Our stripes are worth it. We brought life into the world. It’s a blessing and a gift from God😇 I would take my kids any day over my flat pre-baby stomach.🙏🏻🩷🩵 but I will try this to see if it helps. Thank you.
