@roubasfoodjourney: Real tahini always separates — that’s how you know it’s pure. Some brands add extra oil to make it look smooth, but pure tahini is 100% ground sesame seeds and will always separate naturally. Here’s a tip that will save you so much time stirring🫙 When tahini separates — you see oil on top, paste sitting hard at the bottom. And we’ve all spent way too long trying to stir it smooth. This is what I do instead, and honestly I will never go back to stirring. One more thing — store your tahini jar upside down in the pantry. My Mama always did this. The oil won’t separate as much and it stays smoother for longer. Give it a try. Save this for next time you open a jar 🫒 #foryou #fyp #tahini #foodtips
when the tahini harden up ,it's mean they mixed with flour and add oil to it so it's not pure trust me i get my tahini 100%from only roasted Besseme seeds

I love the oil I use a syringe to pull it out and store in the fridge as it is the best for coughs, flu symptoms etc it works better than any medicine. You can take it oral or rub it like Vix
