It is a dumb question. Just in terms of temperature, the surface of the sun is 900c higher than what you need to melt the substance with the highest melting point on earth. So yeah, unless we find a living being more resistant to heat than tungsten and hafnium carbonitride, then yeah no.

i mean, there's a difference between "life" meaning biological life and "life" meaning conscious life .. the latter is really just a complex self-propagating pattern, which in our case emerges from a neuronal substrate .. and tbh i cant rly see why that couldn't just maybe run on plasma soup?

There could be life on a star, if the universe is limitless then everything is possible and will happen eventually.

All the life we know requires complex chemistry. Chemistry requires molecular bonds, which are the electrons. But these bonds cannot exist in a plasma state where the electrons are stripped away from the atomic nucleus. No chemistry is even possible.
