no I actually think the pink symbolizes Vi, which is why in the original universe jinx always wears pink and blue, because as much as she wants to hate Vi, she still wants Vi to be a part of her, because growing up Vi was always strong and fast and everything she wasn't, so she has a desire to be like her sister, and still wishes and hopes that one day she will come back. While powder knows Vi is gone, she can never come back which is why she wears blue but during the dance wears pink to symbolize that even if Vi is gone she still needs and wants her sister to be a part of her, which is also why a streak of her hair is dyed pink.
