Grind the side of bolt head slightly and then just put a washer in front of bolt

it looks like a pressed washer on a torx bolt. I thought it was all 1 at first but it you pause the video you can see the ring gap between the bolt and the washer

looks like it was boiled first to make it soft and flexible. then allow to cool naturally and will stiffen up

my only suggestions are a bit daft but here goes. Could the flange of the bolt actually be a washer but it has fused or press fitted to the star head. Or could the casting have warped. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
