I understand using it for necessary purposes like replacing dangerous scenes, but replacing ALL actors? So far #chenzheyuan #wangchuran #chenglei #wangyuwen have already debunked signing the contract to be used as AI actor sources. I hope more actors can speak up if they didn’t consent to this 😭

it was already uncomfortable watching the AI swap face of the actors that had scandal, but it was fine since they are such minor characters (ie POJ & LOTFG) but watching full on AI? nope, it would definitely be the downfall of cdramas

they used AI to swap he chang xi face in pursuit of jade. that pissed me off. the facial expressions looked so stiff. we were already accepting of cdramas and their dubbing. cause most scenes don't match the voice. now AI faces. that's a big blow. and I just became a c fan. I guess I'm running back to my K-drama. 🥹
